Well I couldn't really find one that was the proper size that I liked for it, so I think I'll just stick with babbitt for this one. Plus I already have a whole ingot of babbitt I bought so I want to use it haha. I suppose I'll try it with the mill upside down first. If it goes well I'll make several extras in case someone else needs one at some point.

One good thing about Babbitt is if you don't like it melts out real easy and no one ever knows you did something wrong except you and you don't need to admit it.

Quick question, do all woodmanse wheels rotate counter clockwise? Or did they make some clockwise rotating wheels?

Not positive. Strictly Woodmanse did have CCW wheels. Not sure about it after they bought out Stover.

That's what I had thought, thanks y'all!

Finally got the babbitt figured out on the top. Used a short pipe connector that was just slightly bigger in diameter than the pump rod and a piece of rope wrapped around the bottom to seal it off
