Old magazine article

Has anyone ever seen a windmill like this? Article I found in Popular Science from 1920, https://books.google.com/books?id=9CkDAAAAMBAJ&pg=PA21. Says this type windmill was popular in Argentina.

This is rusty iron bob ..on Monday Jan 27 2025 at 857 pm is showing I put an image up under old magazine article. ..I don't know how it was put there ..I didn't send it also I tried pulling it up and can't retrieve it. Sorry
