I guess i did not need the extension on the wrench to tighten the set screw
maybe i can cut a plate , drill 2 holes , thread a bolt in the center for the helmet and call it a day ???

On the other end of the spectrum, I took a guide rod spacer off a challenge 27 yesterday evening and I don’t think I could break it. It was stuck good. Rosebud, ballping and even controlled use of a 3lb is what it took to come.
