Challenge 27 fan - 8'

I have a customer in need of three (3) 8' Challenge 27 sail sections and 2 wheel arms.

Not 100 percent sure but I believe the 8,9, and 10ft Wheels were the same.

I think how it works Bob is the sails are all the same length but the position on the wheel is the difference the way it was explained to me. I know the tailvane is the same on the 8,9, and 10 it's painted on my 27. Hopefully someone else can explain it better.

Maybe it was the length of the wheel arms that made the difference. Please someone refresh my memory.!!

The wheel sections and wheel arms have different prices listed, so I suspect that means different sized components. I only saw a 6’ 8’ & 10’ on the parts list that looked at, not a 9’.

I think I remember what the difference was. The sails are the same but the 10ft has 4 sails per section and 8 and 9 have 3. Hopefully someone else can clarify this !!!

That's the way the Dandys were, plus longer arms on the 10ft.
