"end of the trade fair auction"?

Have received the trade fair packet; but unlike previous years there was no list of events or a schedule.

I am hoping there will be a "end of the trade fair" auction like there has been in years past. I want to bring a pickup truck load of parts &c; much of it will almost certainly end up in such an auction.

Has anybody heard from the "powers that be" about the auction? Or a schedule?

I printed the schedule from the museum trade fair page and attached. I do not see an auction on the schedule at this time.

Thanks Paul, for the pdf on the Trade Fair Event Schedule. I did notice an auction for 1:00 pm in the parking lot on Saturday.
