Sorry for not posting for several months. Was suffering from too much cold and snow and wind. Early last November I was ready to erect the windmill but the snows got here first. The good news is the windmill was erected today April 30th. The local crane company did a great job. It all went smoothly. Almost liked I’d planned it out. Guess the winter gave me time for that.
Thought I’d share a few photos for all to enjoy.

It was a busy spring and summer here. Sorry for not posting an update sooner. The windmill pumps water! I buried a cistern outside the tower footprint. It’s connected to the 4” PVC “well” pipe. The Baker Monitor pump delivers water to a small stock tank. A stand pipe in the tank is a few inches below the tank top. It returns water back into the cistern. I have a simple gauge to keep an eye on the water level in the cistern. An expensive water feature, it’s a pleasure to just sit and watch it all work.
