Windmillsrus, sorry for slow reply. While the broken crosshead is 80 miles away in Spokane, I do know they said it had been already poorly brazed and it is now in multiple pieces. I doubt it could even be used to cast a new one.

Fixed. Spokane windmiller and his Son-in-Law manufactured a replacement, installed it and everything works. I've not seen what they did, but that completes the repair. My appreciation to all who offer assistance. Dennis
