The reason some called it a windmill wrench is because it has an adjustable wrench. pliers, wire cutters. screwdriver and pry bar. The idea is you wouldn't have to carry so many wrenches up the tower with you. I have one, except mine has an extra thumb screw on the nose. Never have figured out for what.

Oh okay Wayne i remember that. Does the wrench say windmill on it or is it just known for that.

Nothing on it except who made it. It was just a tag someone put on it. It has Never Stall on it. Matthews Dayton, Ohio It's in one of my wrench books I'll look it up.
