From the farm Baker AC rebuild.
Re: From the farm Baker AC rebuild.
The picture I posted is of both types of oilers, one for AC and one for a WC, which you don't have. Looks like you have the one you need. The slinger will pry off with a couple of screwdrivers. The end of the snout looks fine to me.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number. IF YOU TALK TO HIM, AND HE HELPS YOU, THEN BUY FROM HIM. IT CREATES GOOD KARMA.

Smax,
In the next day or so I will compose a list of parts I will need. Will reach out to all and see what parts are available.
Thanks.

Make perfect since now about the pinion gear and washers. Thanks for explaining in better.
For the post about the oiler. That’s what I get for driving down the road and half ass reading your post. Thanks agian for straightening me out. Lol.

Re: From the farm Baker AC rebuild.
How much oil goes in the crankcase? Do you fill it to the bottom of the fill plug? What weight of oil do you use? I read somewhere that it should be 30w non-detergent. Is that correct? Thanks.

10w non detergent

Re: From the farm Baker AC rebuild.
We use red ATF. Up to the check plug on Monitors. 8 footers I think are 2 quarts plus.
