I learned a long time ago that a bouquet of flowers was the cheapest insurance policy a guy could ever buy and now that I'm learning just fast time is going, I'd better say what I feel while I can....so, the other day after some snow, I thought I'd stand on the back step and use my iPhone and then that night, I thought I'd like to tell my partner how much I love her for putting up with me, and for telling me I can put as many windmills in the yard as I'd like.....So I took the stuff off my iPhone and made this film as a present to her:
Windmills and a real "keeper"!

Re: Windmills and a real "keeper"!
Very neat thanks for posting. We had a couple inch's of snow here too. Sure makes you think winter is closer than I like. Have a bunch of outdoor projects to do. Glad harvest is over.
Re: Windmills and a real "keeper"!
That first snow has always been a wake-up call to me: I haven't even gotten close to finishing everything I started last spring, nor have I picked up my hoses, and my tools, etc, etc, etc. "Now, just where did I put my snow shovel?... and, did the gas in my snowblower carb. turn to jelly and where did I put that new belt?....and, I think the windmill part that I need right now is out there somewhere, but I'm not sure where to start looking!!!"
The advantage to that second, and BIG, snowfall is that it really forces me to give up on most of that pressure and it reminds me to start putting my tools in the workshop away so I can get going on LAST winter's projects!

Re: Windmills and a real "keeper"!
I found a gas engine I would like to buy but, it is in Mich. If it was spring or summer I'd already be on my way but driving to the north country in the winter scares me. So I'm trying to find someone that might bring it to Texas for me. Snow already and who knows how much more is to come.
Re: Windmills and a real "keeper"!
Wayne, maybe cheaper or equal to have it shipped by Fastenal. I've done that plenty of times.
