Jim Koch needs your thoughts and prayers
Most of you probably heard this already, but for those not on Face book (like Windy) ... Jim Koch is dealing with some pretty serious (non-covid) health issues. He and his wife Beth could use any prayers you might offer.

Folks, I have been in contact with Jim, and he asked me to post this message. As he requested, from time to time, I will post updates as I receive them. Please send him some personal 'knee-mail' if you are able. Thanks to all.

On December 7th I was taken to the emergency room because of excessive vomiting for three days straight. There they performed an endoscopy and put me on several meds. While checking my stomach and esophagus they took a few biopsys. It was one right at the junction of my esophagus and stomach that has turned my life upside down. Because of the discovery I have been through more tests than anyone even knew of! After all the tests it is now confirmed the cancer has spread to some lymph nodes and my liver. So I am starting chemotherapy ASAP. The only problem is I cannot keep anything down right now so I will be have a feeding tube put in tomorrow. On December 7th I was 184 lbs. yesterday 160lbs.
If windy Bob will be okay with it I will message him updates to share with you all. I cannot remember my password
Me and my family could really use your prayers at this time and we appreciate each and every one!

guys there is a facebook page for Jim & Beth. It sounds like Jim is doing better and may be released from the Hospital
