Windy - That 6’ isn’t going anywhere. Semi-residential, a smaller wheel with 1/4” hinged plate as well, plus four 5/8” bolts per plate.

I have a brother-in-law that we did the same hinged feet on and he was going to bolt a 27’ B602 the same way, but with deeper anchor bolts. The stainless plate is 1/4” and he bolted it to rock that was underneath it. I wasn’t there on the install/erection of it, but for some reason he then put a yard or two of concrete under it…a hair overkill. He basically wasted the 1/4” stainless plate.

Russell if you use four 5/8 anchors per leg and at least 5 inches long you should be fine. The tower would buckle before pulling out of the cement.
