Have you ever carried it up or used it on many erected windmills? Seems like it could come in handy, but Iā€™d have to do more thinking to use more than 3 to 4 of its 15 or so functions. Neat piece you have there.

I have seen several tools similar over the years but I have never heard them called windmill pliers.

CTXmiller that air valve is on there just in case the wheel on the windmill goes flat

As to why they are called windmill pliers. I think somebody gave them that name because when you are up on a windmill you need so many different tools. These supposedly would fit the need. No I've never tried them while up on a tower. I'm still trying to figure out how the thumb screw works to make a vise. You screw it against the other jaw it will push it open.
