So we erected the complete assembly, tower, motor, and mill using a telehandler. We routed the lifting strap through the top of the tower, under the bottom of the mast pipe, and then up through the pitman guide hoop. The hoop helped keep the strap in place but all the weight was carried by the bottom of the mast pipe. And the best part is the anchor posts, which had been cemented in over a week ago, using a laser, wood template, and angle template, lined up remarkably well. And the top of the mill lined up within an inch of the center of the well. I felt very fortunate!
