Vintage Windmill and Wind Generator Forum

Jeff that number 505 that fit over 504 was most likely malleable iron in order to slip over the ears on 504. I have a few windmill pumps that have malleable iron pieces. Still amazes me how they figured out how to cast iron that gives without breaking.
