Oh yeah, I met Hugh when up that way on one of the trips around 2014-15 doing windmills. He came over to where I was swapping in a repoured 602 motor on the east of Spokane at Green Acres. Good guy, glad he is still going after it. The nursery/greenhouse guys like windmills for their retail locations. I think I have 4 at greenhouses around Spokane/Deer Park and several more that the ones at the greenhouses sold. I only ever traveled thru central WA once, the windmills I have in western WA I travel along the Columbia to get there.

Monitor also made the 5 ft V model open gear. Even simpler yet.

Here's my 5 footer. I have a three leg tower for it but the storm stay is beyond help. I may have to add a fourth leg to the tower instead. Although, I was thinking maybe I should just set this up in my den as it is.

Jim - That is a good looking V. If a windmill could ever be considered ‘cute’, the V would fall into that category.
Excluding the IronMan Z702 (4’) diameter windmill made in very limited quantities in or around 2008 / 2009, I recall reading somewheres where a 4.5’ windmill was manufactured. Can’t recall the manufacturer name or where I read that at.
