Thomas & I poured babbitt yesterday . Great success
I poured the 1st , he poured the next 3 . He is a quick learner and has "skills" for a young man .
It takes longer to build the fixtures than to pour molten metal .
Thomas will tell you in the section " what I broke today " a minor mishap to F & W

The new babbitts. All poured. Needs a little polishing up and they should be good to go! And yes, the mill head did suffer a little ouchie.. Oh well, one more thing to braze

Tried to see how stuck the tail hinge pins are. Only took two taps and this happened. Dang
