Re: Baker WB on a three post tower.
Home made, but if it works, no problem here.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number. IF YOU TALK TO HIM, AND HE HELPS YOU, THEN BUY FROM HIM. IT CREATES GOOD KARMA.

Re: Baker WB on a three post tower.
Steve,
Thanks for the images. I'm most likely going to have to handcraft something similar. However, my three post Baker tower has 90° angle iron legs.
The 1945 Baker catalog in the literature and documentation section on this site specifically shows a part number T-1-0X for a 3 post tower plate. I'd be interested in seeing an image of one of these if anybody has one.
Regards,
Jim

Jim , did you contact bob at the Verdun Monitor parts place? I don't remember seeing an image of one in the catalog I have from them.
90 degree legs can become 60 degree legs with a hammer. Or a vice. If that's what it takes to fit a tower top, so be it.

Windy,
I did contact Bob but he doesn't have any either. He said he's never had any in his shop.

Hmm. Verdun is who I bought mine from. It has been a few years ago. I posted pictures of mine on here before. I have a 3 legged top casting, very heavy duty. Don't have the top piece that sets on the balls. If you are interested Jim I can post a picture. I bought it to get the top piece to go on a 4 leg cap.

Re: Baker WB on a three post tower.
Should have posted this some time ago, but it skipped my mind. I got my answer about the Baker Mfg. Co. tower plates for a three-legged tower for a WB. The Baker part number is T-1-0X.
Many thanks to Bob Ridpath at Verdun Co. for providing me with the specs and dimensions so I could put together a set.
