I have made many bushings and neckpipes for Dempster mills. I make them from pipe collars. I forget which size. ( maybe 1 inch?) and slot them. Just make sure the slot lines up with the hole in the upper part of the neckpipe. That way the chain comes out right under the pulley. Of course the hole is for the nib on the neckpipe clamp.
