Thanks Mike, but I don't usually sell parts....except on rare occasion. I have a couple 12-A mills, and a few parts, but they are for stock. If he had a reg 12, I have tons of those. 12-A's are an entirely different animal.

Kevin, you lost the front bearing, therefore the shaft dropped, and ate up the nose plate, etc. With the full circle felt seal, the wear on those parts should not really be an issue, it's not severe. Also, cutting the mainshaft is certainly an option, I have cut many to get the thing apart.

Dan B certainly should have parts, I have done business with him for years. Slade in Thomas Oklahoma may have a head, but he doesn't sell and ship parts as far as I know.
