Here are two more pictures of the hinges Looks like to me a person could weld the arm to one bracket so they only pivot at one point

I made a set for my son's mill and tower I took to him a couple weeks ago. No pictures tho..Made them for a shortened Butler tower about 18 ft tall. It was 18 ft long when it was on the ground.....lol
