I have a repairable framework but i think I can make the vane. Just need the measures so it is the size to work and look right. Won't be too close to the road

18 gauge is automotive thickness , ( well it used to be till ) , easy to work with and stands the test of time .

Just to be clear i need measure for the frame the metal goes in . I know the one I saw way back was 1/2 inch angle but it is no longer available to get measures.

I actually brought home a bunch of windmill projects for this winter, some came all the way from Saskatchewan. I will post some pics soon :D

I hope this helps, sheet metal is 22gauge and is wrapped around the rod in the back, everything is spotwelded together. Let me know if you need other measurements.
