Paul your tower would of had the RA model open gear Aermoter it's the right time frame. What Aermoter did was went around to there open gear customer's and said they could upgrade to the oil bath mill keeping their tower, wheel, and tailvane. Or some farmers just waited and eventually switched after getting sick of greasing that old open gear. Do you know the color of the lettering on your tailvane.

Dan, the lettering appears to be red. It is just visible thru the old silver paint.

Paul, shop looks good, need to see more pictures. Building must seal up pretty good, no dust on the floor.

Our windmill workshop. It's in a bit of disarray with unsorted Fairbury parts from the trade fair.

A bit of disarray my a$s, I’d love to organize like you and not occasionally trip over my parts and projects in my shop. Like Mike said, clean and organized. Very nice!
