Oh MY! Was watching the football game in Buffalo Sunday. It was coming down pretty good there.

Michael i had my brother order the oil impregnated washer from McMaster Carr it cost 12.50 not to bad. But the gal-darn shipping was more than the washer. Like my grandmother used to say " this world is going to hell in a hand basket".

That is my only complaint with McMaster-Carr is the shipping. You can put multiple items in your cart and each will have a separate shipping charge IF they ship at different days, despite it being one order. So I look at Grainger and sometimes eBay and Amazon to see if I can locate the parts cheaper, especially related to shipping. I know Grainger is not everywhere and some of the parts are higher or much higher, but free shipping to store for pickup is what I try for.

Now I've moved most my mills out of my shop to the barn i moved my shear and slip roller inside and started making sails and wheel rings

Well I started assembling my Mills now in my barn this is a Challenge Snow it was only produced for a couple years in honor of the company president Thomas Snow.

The brake assembly looks similar to the Dandy.
