We are blessed around here to have a high water table, lots of wind, and rock-less dirt and sand. A remarkable number of different mills from many makers around the country here also. You never know what's around the next corner.

Windy one of my favorite windmills is a Steel Woodmanse 61/2 ft, found in western Ok in the ditch where it fell. Chuck out at Tolar supplied me with the parts that were broke, a friend made me a new shaft and I found a complete wheel at Canton one month.

Awesome! I used to run across them every once in a while here. I wish I had every one I saw. There are still some up on towers I have forgotten to call about. Just can't get things done like the old days.

The last day of warmer weather here, I think I have you fixed up. These are taken off the rails.

Before I cut this pinion off the shaft I need to be positive it's the right one.

WOW! Thank you very much!

I measured the pinion and sure enough you are right on. 1 1/8 inner diameter and 3 1/4 outer.

If you have 2 brackets (not sure what specifically they are called) that go on the back of the sail which connect to the outer (larger) ring please add them to the list.

Thanks again!! I believe I have everything required now.

Windy if you have one each of this type of clip that would be awesome as well!
