Very nice Mark! Is this setup as just a fountain or does it actually pump from a well? I'm interested in setting mine up as a decorative fountain. Please explain your setup. Again, great job!

Waterpumper, our water table is over 2000 feet deep and also full of minerals. So what I did was drill a 5’ deep “well” when I drilled for the anchors. I then put a four inch schedule 40 PVC pipe in with a Tee at ground level. I reduced it down to a one inch on the Tee side and from the 10’ stock tank I ran a beaded flex line from the stock tank drain to the one unscheduled side of the tee. Then, installed the pump cylinder and sucker rod as a regular well. With the water in the tank flowing into the shallow well the mill will lift it and the put it back into the tank, (as shown). It’s very enjoyable and I will definitely be doing more. Also, on the 10’ stock tank I drilled and installed two ports for an above ground swimming pool filter pump. I DONT WANT THE PART TO BE SEEN, so I pout it on the off-side of the tank. This way the water stays filtered and clean and my grandkids like to swim in it and love the water coming out of the windmill and pouring over them. Hope this helps.

Great ideas and execution. I was planning on burying a plastic 55 gallon drum, but this seems overkill compared to your set-up. I will re-evaluate my plan. Your grandkids are fortunate to have you! Thanks Mark.
