The wheel clips (pivot corners) for the 14 are the same as the Dempster 3 or 4. Same part number. 081/2 and 8 1/2 I know who would of used almost the same part number.
Dan Benjamin has those parts.

So where do I put this weight? It seems to spin better without it. Maybe I have to wait until I get a tower up and the sucker rod is hanging from it?

I think the weight goes on the arm that is opposite the up stroke to balance the water weight.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number.

Anyone know which way this bracket is supposed to face and how far in it goes. I'm not finding a lot of pictures of the inside of this mill. Getting all the pullout pieces to work is going to be a real challenge

I'm not sure yet Terry. I went with the 16 3/4" from the end like in your drawings but I found it interfered with the sails. I'm gonna spring clamp everything together and see how it all fits in the next couple days. I've learned one thing, don't start drilling a bunch of holes until I'm sure. Joe went to a lot of trouble cutting these spars they are beautiful.

Several pictures of the dog bones.
I drilled the wood according to the drawing and did not have any problems.

To get the control rods to hook up to the spider and dog bones. I had to unbolt the cast clips off of the dog bones and hook the rods up and than install the bolts.
Let me know if I can help with anything.
It took some head scratching to get it to all work out.

Thank you Terry. This is so cool I can't wait to get it sort of assembled and see what it looks like. I'm sure I'll have more questions. The pic of the spider helps I was wondering how the rods hooked up.
