Winco 1222 for sale in Eastern Ontario

A friend has a 1970s vintage Winco model 1222 wind generator.
She is ready to give it away (IE for free) if someone local wants it.
The dismantled tower and tail are currently located at her cottage near Elgin, Ont. in the Rideau Lakes.
I have the actual 12-volt generator and control panel here in Ottawa. I tested it on the bench, and it still outputs 12 volts.
Unfortunately, there is no propellor. It was damaged during the Ice Storm of 1998, but all other parts seem to be still intact.
A photocopy of the original Instruction booklet is here with me too.
