6' Toronto??

Have a part you can't identify? Did your parts get mixed up in the shop? Curious if that chunk of metal is a part you should keep? Not sure what kind of windmill or tower you have? Post photos of the mystery object here for the community to help identify.

This little guy is at my freinds place in Moose Jaw not sure what it is. I thought it looks like the Toronto bell hub only smaller and no bell hub. Any ideas?

No it's not a model 9 i believe they were direct stroke. The steel star and model 7 were both direct and back stroke models but they both had governor weights i don't see one unless it fell off

I believe its a F&W Steel Star (definitely F&W) with a missing governor bar/weight (as Dan said). That is a cool mill and needs to be saved ... especially being a 6 footer.
Thanks,
Ed
