Mike once the weather straightens out here I'll look again to see if I can help you with the parts you need. We're still pretty cold here i wish you Canada boys would stop sharing your weather with me.LOL.

Sweet thanks guys. Spring can't come fast enough snow coming again tonight. Maybe if I get enough windmills up and put motors on them I can send the snow to Joe

OK Mike ... I finally got some pics!!!
I am going to dump them all here instead of doing a crapload of messages.

governor spring rod, I used 2 pieces of 1/2" pipe welded for the center thingy.

Thank you very much Mister Ed. That's enough to get me tinkering. A guy from Indiana phoned me yesterday says he has the castings from the vane they are coming soon. A little perseverance pays off sometimes. Windcatcherdan was gonna send me some photos too once the snow melts. Got a few parts coming from Niel Yerian as well. I'm exited this things gonna be beautiful thank you all.

Oh I still need to measure and build the angle iron "Y" if anyone can help with that I'd be very grateful. I need to know about the cross piece for the pullout and latch thingy how big and where it goes. I think that is quite critical that's the brakes for the whole thing

Is there cast piece on the vane where the bumper rod attaches? I can't see anything on the parts sheet.
