I have a couple of these. The halfs need babbitt in each half. The other side clamps to your bushing. Carriage bolts holes are 7 in c to c.

Next step is to connect pitman arm connecting rod to the down shaft ?
A block of wood ? or a cast / machined connector for both pitman shaft and down pipe with a hole for oiling the shaft ?
Any one have instructions on how to do this ?

Windy , yes this part is 100% correct & complete !
My limited knowledge is showing again .
When I started cleaning up the "new " part I figured out how to assemble it !
I had the pitman arm shaft on the wrong side . I think you said take photos .
When it was correctly assembled it all fits right , thanks Windy !
ALL , disregard my last post needing advice > My bad >

Poured babbitt this morning . My secret is using baker parchment paper as the non-stick surfaces . The photos show how nicw and smooth the bearing surfaces come out of the fixture .
I have poured enough babbitt now that it takes longer to make the fixture than to melt & pour .
Thanks to Windy & friends walking me thru the 1st pour on my A702 bearings .

Looking good Mike. Much thicker than the others. Hope they are not too thick. They would hold the crosshead open and the pitman pin would be loose. If I remember, there is no babbitt for the pitman pin.
