45 days since I dragged this ideal Steel home . Maybe it just followed me home .
Lots of questions , lots of help from my friends , cross arm goes up & down , now just need to connect a down rod when it gets set on top of the tower .
Thank you to EVERYONE for the help , encouragement , shared knowledge & expertise !

Does anyone have the correct official device that hold the pump rod in position ?
I made a "T" to hold the down rod but that doesnt look ag good as I would like .

Paint it black and no one would notice at 12’ to 30’ on a tower. It looks good.

Getting closer , I like how it is turning out , it will look good 20 ft up in the air , and work .
Do you think the cable wire will stay attached to the pull out chain ?

I wouldn't trust that cable clamps work really good.

I would use a thimble. ( or a squeeze clamp) Clamps are too bulky.

Mike does the swivel work free? that's really important.

I was talking about the sleeve or farrule type cable clamps

I really like that ferrule pinch clamp idea , small chance of binding inside the down tube .
See how smart you guys are !
