Challenge pump

Post by Wayne »

Is there any Challenge pumps out there? Getting ready to install a Dandy at Pioneer Village in Corsicana. Would like to put a Challenge pump under it if I can find one.

I installed a DANDY in a town square display some years ago. Will post pictures. I don't think I have a Challenge pump, not sure.

Thanks! I'm trying to work out the install. There is a fence between where it will be unloaded and where it will set. Have you ever picked tower and head up as one unit?

Since the Dandy head just sets on the tower how do you rig up so you pick up the tower and head together. Here is a picture of my strap going under the top casting. Would it and the eight 3/8 bolts be strong enough to pick it all up? The tower is 20ft. The wheel and vane will be on it.
