Nice and clean looking job Kenneth. Don't forget to drill the oil holes i did that once and had to take the completed mill back apart.

Dan, I am waiting on that. The walking beam also has a 1/2"-13 thread for a set screw on the single end. I will have to center on that thread, drill it and tap. There is threads in the top of the hole so should not be a problem. That will be a job for the mill when I get a chance. I am also considering drilling and tapping the other 2 holes for a small oil cup. More on that later.

Nice job! I like the color. A clean shop that's why he is called a craftsman and not a piddler like me.

Kenneth you are doing an amazing job on the mill. I love all the different mills out there, mechanically they are all different and served their purpose for years. The Industrial Age is my favorite time period. thanks for sharing. Paul

What I like to think about is the tools those people had to make these unique mechanical wonders we love today.
