Those mice worked hard for that warm winter enclosure. I guess that is better than finding a live beehive or a live hornets nest in one. ;)

Like Windy said and I alluded to earlier, Dempster’s (to me) are harder to work on than many other mass produced mills as it seems Dempster’s engineers were paid by the # of parts and or modifications.

Welcome Larry! The Dempster 12 was my first mill to resurrect. I didn't think it was difficult to restore, but had no previous experience so didn't know any better. You'll get it done. We're here to help.

That's te best mouse nest I've ever seen. Display that nest, and get another Dempster. LOL

They did do great work, bet they raised many a young in that nest. Now as the bow weevil sang there looking for a new home.
