I just might keep them :D

If the wood is in good shape and the stub securely attached,
then we're going to try to lower the mill and tower assy together. Will take photos and share.

Mike what I do is I built a heavy duty saw horse i lay the tower down on and then I can disassemble the wheel and tail and pull the gear box from the ground.
