Old windmill photo

This windmill is an oldie, but curious on the make. I’ve found two photos of this windmill along a local suspension bridge that was completed in 1870. Unknown when these photos were taken, but I’d be guessing 1880s-1910s.

It might be a U.S.W.E solid wheel, tail vain kinda looks like it.

First picture is spinning and looks like a solid wheel but the other photo you can see it is a sectional wheel. I would say Halladay or Challenge. Not sure which.

I see what you're saying Darrin the second pic does look like it could be a sectional.
