I see it a bit different.
The top is Stover. A Dempster turntable will sit just fine on top of it. The legs appear to be Stover as well. Stormstay is Dempster. and front hub is also.
We work on many hybrids. It's more rare to find a purebred.

I have to agree with Bob the tower cap and tower are Stover.
