Wb project completed

Recently completed a wb project I fabricated the sails, wheel arms and bands from scratch. Thanks Dan Benjamin for parts and windy bob for past advice on rebuild the gear box

For those who don't know, if you notice the slant on the wheel, that is how they were made. 1 inch in 16 was the angle. If you see a W series Monitor with a perfectly vertical wheel, the front bearing is shot. Then the wheel starts clipping the tower and self-destructing.

Yep Bob your right I remember reading about that tilted wheel there were a few reasons why they did that but the one that stuck in my head was the Wind actually blows at an angle from the Earth's Surface.

DAN , really , did you have to start that conservation , I still have not gotten past the math stuff from last year ! ! ! ! :?: :roll:
