FHW (8-30) windmill install in Royse City, TX. 2023. Using a hand tower punch from Baker Monitor to install a new 7' stub interface tower (1/8" angle iron legs and 3/16" stub tower).

The ones we have are older, and don't have the hex drive. Won't buy those anymore. The hex drive is the best idea since sliced bread, and 2-layer bathroom tissue.
Call Dan Benjamin for parts. P M me for the phone number.

Ron,

You motivated me to purchase a new hole punch w/hand pump. So far, I'm impressed with the results in punching 3/8" holes in 3/16" steel tower legs. It comes with four punches and dies, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4". Great investment.

Wondering how you would use the tool when you are thirty feet up on a tower?

Probably the red punch at elevation, blue punch at ground level.
