zenith generator

A friend of mine has this for sale. I know nothing about these things, but I know Mike does. Anything known about this, and any interest in this, I will get you a number to call.

Appears to be a 6V model 39 Wincharger generator. The tail and brush cup are from an earlier model. Hard to judge the condition from pics, could be restorable. Missing tower, slip rings, and prop of course. Wise collector friend once said you need 3 machines to make one good one. This probably falls in that category.
