Mystery pump jack

Found this one cleaned it up and painted it. I mocked it up on my Flint and Walling 12. Not sure who made it. I think there are some pieces missing maybe some gaurds. Any ideas anyone? Any pictures of another one?

Very nice set up , is that a Flint & Walling tower ? Oscosh pump ?
