Montgomery Ward pump Jack

Post by andrevh51@gmail.com »

id love to share a few photos of my setup. 1 13/16" closed top in a 2" casing , 250' down. Run by this Montgomery ward pump jack I rebuilt to provide reciprocating action to my rods (3/8" steel pipe). What a fun project, and it turned out awesome!

Thank you for the kind remarks, yes here in northern michigan it gets cold in the wintertime. I have a thermostat and space heater in the well pit, which is housed inside a building. I insulate the top of the pit with foam board and that keeps things from freezing.
