Please ID Lubbock head

Post by Kansas Rust Buzzard »

Can anyone tell me what brand this Eclipse style head is at the museum mail box? I believe it's 14ft? Thanks
Ps: looks like "01 L" part number? It doesn't look like my 10ft Leader

KRB, that main casting is shaped just like the Leader casting pictured in the parts list. The 14 foot mill carried C1L as casting number. Are you sure that the O isn't a C. The Leaders are the only mills that had the letter L on castings that I've seen. Hope this helps,Ron

My eyes aren't the best but that does look like a O not a C but don't know what the maker is.
