Flint-Walling Star 37

Greetings: I am Ralph from Plain City Ohio. I restored a Flint -Walling Star 37 many years ago. It runs fine, but the tail won't return to its run position.Im 87 years old, and unwilling to climb up to check it out. Does anyone know of a windmill service person in Ohio? Thanks.
