Saw this homemade power hammer on Marketplace that was free, IF you could haul it. Ingenuity in design.

Having the leaf springs working the hammer is a good idea i like that. Softer blows !!

Who ever built that I think belongs in the Genius category. I'm wondering if it was factory built to run from a line shaft and someone added the electric motor later.

No I take that back it looks home made. One part looks to be an old engine block.
