What brand wind turbine

New to fourm need help to identify this turbine My neighbor wanted this down was worried it would fall as a couple of the guide wires were broke, so all i had to do was take it down and it was my headach I cant find any name on it only a seriel number. Any help indentifying would be helpful, it needs a nose cone other than that it looks ok
