Drawings to put together monitor 8ft hambone

I am looking for help to out back together a monitor 8ft hambone mill. I am good with the tower but am having a hard time figuring out the brake system. So was wondering if there are any installation drawing available

There are two pulleys on the hambone. What are they for and how does it attach?

The pulleys are used to guide the furling chain. The furling system closes the mill and actuates the brake. It is actuated by a wire or cable attached to the pullout handle mounted at the base of the tower.
