Windmill Park Bench

I ran across this Windmill Park Bench in Leavenworth Kansas today. Looks like they could easily add a table in the center and have a picnic table.

Thats a clever idea , even has a rest stop for the dogs , ( the fire hydrent )

I think it would be a neat idea on a wooden tower.
