I’m leaning towards a 12’ USWE.

I agree with US WE, the tailvane was a toss up between Stover and USWE but the hood made the decision!!!

Very cool but not a power mill. Looks like a regular pumping windmill- probably a USWE model F. It likely had a different windmill on at one point? Do you know when it was built?

No idea, friend of mine drove past it and knows I like mills so took the pic, almost looks like a lighthouse with a mill on top
